DELIVERY
AVI Commerce Ltd. delivers throughout the whole of the UK. We use Royal Mail and DPD to deliver your parcels safely and promptly. Every item is sent on a fully tracked / insured service so you can keep an eye on your parcel all the way.

Express Delivery (1-2 working days)

We are unable to ship outside of the UK and Channel Islands.
All orders are promptly packed and we aim to dispatch the same day where possible if we receive your order before 2.00pm Monday to Friday. Depending on the weight of your order, it will be dispatched by either Royal Mail TRACKED service or a DPD courier service; but you can always upgrade to a next working day service for a small fee.
Royal Mail TRACKED post can take between 3-7 working days for delivery under normal circumstances, however, we ask if you can please allow up to 14 working days where necessary.
This may take even longer if there are other issues in the postal system or they have trouble delivering to your address. If you would like your tracking details please contact us and we can provide this.
Optional Delivery Upgrades
Depending on the product ordered and delivery postcode, you may be able to select one of the following optional upgrades for a small fee:
Next Working Day Delivery – Guaranteed next-working-day service via DPD with email/text delivery timeslot notification - £5.95

Orders placed over the weekend (after 2pm on Friday, or on Saturday/Sunday) will not be dispatched until the next WORKING day – Monday

This will NOT include over bank Holiday weekends - the next working day will be the next working week day
(Example: If ordered after 2pm on a Friday - and the bank holiday is the Monday following, your order will be delivered Tuesday)**
Saturday Delivery – Only available for orders placed on a Friday before 2.00pm - £13.50
Sunday Delivery – Only available for orders placed on a Friday before 2.00pm - £13.50
Missing or Delayed Delivery
Please contact us at contact@avi-commerce.co.uk or telephone us on 01604 986 099 if you have not received your order within a sensible time frame. We may need to wait 21 days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items.
RETURNS
If you purchase something by mistake or no longer require your order you may return it within 14 days of delivery and a refund (minus any delivery charges) will be made onto the card you paid with. Initial contact should be made by phone on 01604 986 099 or by email to contact@avi-commerce.co.uk.
Items must be in the original condition and packaging – opened or damaged items will not be accepted and will be liable for the full charge of the item.
Contents must be repackaged securely and sent to the below address. Include the reason for return, the invoice number and your name, email address or daytime telephone number. Tell us if you would like a refund or replacement.
If we don’t receive the item, we cannot refund or replace it so we recommend you use an insured mail service. Customers are responsible for any postage costs incurred when returning items.

Returning an incorrect or damaged item
If when you receive your order the items are incorrect or in a damaged condition, contact with AVI Commerce Ltd. must be made within 3 working days either by phone01604 986 099 or by email to contact@avi-commerce.co.uk.

REFUND
As soon as we receive your return, our team will analyze the case and send you an email to confirm your refund to the card used to make the purchase. Please note that the refund process can take up to 14 working days. If after that timeframe you haven’t received your refund, we suggest contacting your bank.
