Can I change an order once I’ve placed it?If you have placed an order via our website and would like to change it, if your item has not been shipped, we can edit your order if it amounts to the same overall cost. Alternatively, we can cancel your order and you can place a new one. Please get in contact with us as soon as possible at sales@all-green.co.uk so we can prevent your order from leaving our warehouse.

Why do you need my number?For you to place your order, we will need your telephone number – this is not for marketing purposes and will not be sold to any third party. We do this so we can get in contact regarding the order you have placed with us.

Can I send an item to someone at a different address?Yes, you can enter your recipient’s name and address in the delivery section, and we will send the order straight to them.

I’ve got a discount code – how do I redeem it?If you have a discount code, you can apply this to your order once you have added your desired products to your basket. You can then click on the basket icon in the top right-hand corner, click view and edit cart and enter your code into the ‘Apply Discount Code’ box and click Apply. What are my delivery options?AVI Commerce Ltd. delivers throughout the whole of the UK. We use Royal Mail and DPD to deliver your parcels safely and promptly. Every item is sent on a fully tracked / insured service so you can keep an eye on your parcel all the way. Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) UK Delivery (Under 15kg) : £3.99 UK Delivery (Over 15kg) : £4.95 UK Delivery (Over 28kg) : £7.95 UK Delivery (Over and up to 115kg) : £12.95 Express Delivery (1-2 working days) UK Delivery (Under 15kg) : £5.95 UK Delivery (Over 15kg) : £6.95 UK Delivery (Over 28kg) : £11.95 UK Delivery (Over and up to 115kg) : £14.95 We are unable to ship outside of the UK and Channel Islands. All orders are promptly packed and we aim to dispatch the same day where possible if we receive your order before 2.00pm Monday to Friday. Depending on the weight of your order, it will be dispatched by either Royal Mail TRACKED service or a DPD courier service; but you can always upgrade to a next working day service for a small fee. Royal Mail TRACKED post can take between 3-7 working days for delivery under normal circumstances, however, we ask if you can please allow up to 14 working days where necessary. This may take even longer if there are other issues in the postal system or they have trouble delivering to your address. If you would like your tracking details please contact us and we can provide this. Optional Delivery Upgrades Depending on the product ordered and delivery postcode, you may be able to select one of the following optional upgrades for a small fee: Next Working Day Delivery – Guaranteed next-working-day service via DPD with email/text delivery timeslot notification - £5.95 **Please note: - Orders placed over the weekend (after 2pm on Friday, or on Saturday/Sunday) will not be dispatched until the next WORKING day – Monday - This will NOT include over bank Holiday weekends - the next working day will be the next working week day (Example: If ordered after 2pm on a Friday - and the bank holiday is the Monday following, your order will be delivered Tuesday)** Saturday Delivery – Only available for orders placed on a Friday before 2.00pm - £13.50 Sunday Delivery – Only available for orders placed on a Friday before 2.00pm - £13.50 Missing or Delayed Delivery Please contact us at contact@avi-commerce.co.uk or telephone us on 01604 986 099 if you have not received your order within a sensible time frame. Do you ship outside of the UK?Unfortunately at this moment in time we do not offer shipping outside of the UK and the Channel Islands.

How is my order packaged?We send out 99% of our products in environmentally friendly packaging. Some plastic packaging is out of our control when it comes to supplier packaging, however we are actively working with suppliers to reduce their plastic use.

What do I do if I have missed my delivery from Royal Mail?If you have missed your delivery with Royal Mail, you can track your order with the tracking ID provided in your shipment email on Royal Mail’s track and trace website. This will give you instructions to follow to either rearrange delivery or how to collect from your local sorting office. What do I do if I have missed my delivery from DPD?If you have missed your delivery from DPD, then you can follow the instructions DPD provide to rearrange delivery for another day.

My order has not arrived yet, what shall I do?Please contact us at contact@avi-commerce.co.uk or telephone us on 01604 986 099 if you have not received your order within a sensible time frame. We may need to wait 21 days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items.

What do I do if I have changed my mind and would like to return my item(s)?If you purchase something by mistake or no longer require your order you may return it within 14 days of delivery and a refund (minus any delivery charges) will be made onto the card you paid with. Initial contact should be made by phone on 01604 986 099 or by email to contact@avi-commerce.co.uk. Items must be in the original condition and packaging – opened or damaged items will not be accepted and will be liable for the full charge of the item. Contents must be repackaged securely and sent to the below address. Include the reason for return, the invoice number and your name, email address or daytime telephone number. Tell us if you would like a refund or replacement. If we don’t receive the item, we cannot refund or replace it so we recommend you use an insured mail service. What do I do if an item has arrived damaged/faulty?If when you receive your order the items are incorrect or in a damaged condition, please contact with us within 3 working days either by phone01604 986 099 or by email to contact@avi-commerce.co.uk.

What do I do if I have an item missing?If you have an item missing in your order, then please let us know at contact@avi-commerce.co.uk within 3 days of receiving your parcel so we can arrange for the correct items to be sent out.

How do I receive a forgot my password link?If you cannot remember the password for your account, you will be able to reset your password using the ‘Forgot Your Password?’ link next to the Sign In button. However, if you have done this and it hasn’t sent a link, please check your spam or junk folder within your emails. If you are still unable to locate the link, please contact us at contact@avi-commerce.co.uk and we can manually send you a link.
